AquaKnights Swim Team

Registration Closed!

The Rio Linda Elverta AquaKnights is a recreation youth swim team. The season starts May 6th and runs through late July. Team practice is Monday-Thursday 6-9pm and includes Saturday swim meets. *Must be able to swim 25 meters un-assisted. 6 and under may be limited to 30 minutes based on instructors discretion for safety precautions.

Water Aerobics

Dive into Summer with Water Aerobics! 🌞🏊‍♂️ Looking for a fun and refreshing way to stay fit this summer? Join our Water Aerobics program! Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our classes offer a fantastic workout for all levels.

Last Day for this class is August 7!

A poster for Water Aerobics classes starting June 17th, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6 pm, with a $5 fee, at Rio Linda High School.
