Each session is 2 weeks long. Monday-Thursday

AquaKnights Swim Team

The Rio Linda Elverta AquaKnights is a recreation youth swim team. The season starts May 6th and runs through late July. Team practice is Monday-Thursday 6-9pm and includes Saturday swim meets. *Must be able to swim 25 meters un-assisted. 6 and under may be limited to 30 minutes based on instructors discretion for safety precautions.

All Aquatics classes and programs are held at the Rio Linda High School Aquatics Center
